The highly anticipated 15-city tour commenced yesterday at Studio 5 in Manaus, Brazil [nothing like waiting until the last minute to make an announcement!] and will include dates in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. The outing marks Morissette's first tour dates in these regions since 2003.
Alanis Morissette released Flavors Of Entanglement in June 2008 and has been playing to ecstatic packed-house crowds all across North America and Europe ever since. The release, which debuted in the US in the top ten on Billboard's Top 200 album chart, was co-written and produced by Guy Sigsworth (Bjrk, Imogen Heap) and is Morissette's first studio album of original material in four years.
