“Never threaten my husband”: Kim Kardashian responds as Kanye West blasts Drake with Bible quotes and iPhone screenshots

It looks like it got Drake's attention

Kim Kardashian has responded after Kanye West hit out at Drake in a series of tweets, calling for the Canadian rapper to apologise for “playing all these industry games”.

The pair have had a long-standing feud, stemming from Drake’s beef with Pusha-T. Earlier this year, Drake explained how West invited him to Wyoming to work on ‘Life Yourself’ before claiming that West did not reveal he had plans to release an album around the time of his own.

Drake also claimed that Kanye asked him to be “completely transparent” about the release of his next album, ‘Scorpion’, despite not informing him about his own plans. Drake then implied that it was West who revealed the information about his son to Pusha-T.

Drake said: “I’m in Wyoming. I play him March 14. I send him a picture of my son. I tell him I’m having trouble with my son’s mother…I wake up, and all these dates are out. One by one by one. All of them around June 15.”

Now, Kardashian has taken to Twitter to back her husband after he called out the rapper.

“Never threaten my husband or our family. He paved the way for there to be a Drake,” she wrote.

“My husband is the most brilliant person, the most genius person that I know. He has broken so many boundaries, everything from music, stage design, fashion and culture and will continue to change the world.”

Her response comes hours after West has usedTwitter to call out the rapper. “This proves shit faker than wrestling,” he wrote above a screenshot of a iPhone message that read: “Drake sent in a clearance request for “Say What’s Real”. Do you wanna clear?” Drake sampled Kanye West’s ‘Say You Will on the 2009 track.

“Still need that apology for mentioning the 350s and trying to take food out your idols kids mouths,” he added. “Been trying to meet with you for 6 months bro You sneak dissing on trav records and texting Kris talking bout how’s the family.”

He also stated that he wasn’t the one to tell Pusha-T about Drake’s son and added that he would “never intentionally” hurt Drake. Later, he sent out a photo of a highlighted Bible quote before tweeting that Drake finally called. “Mission accomplished,” he wrote. He later tweeted, “By the way… not cleared,” See all of the tweets below.

Drake is yet to respond to Kanye West publicly.
