Ozzy Osbourne says he doesn’t understand Brexit: ‘Is it a big deal over there?’

Ozzy asks the big questions

Ozzy Osbourne has given his thoughts on Brexit, revealing that he no longer follows British politics and doesn’t really understand what the word means.

Speaking to The Big Issue from his home in Los Angeles, the Black Sabbath singer said: “People keep going on at me about that – is it a big deal over there? What will happen with it? Are people voting in or out, what’s going on?

“I don’t read the newspapers and I don’t really talk politics because I don’t really know. I don’t really understand Brexit.”

It’s not all the Prince of Darkness is baffled about. Elsewhere in the interview, he discussed his confusion about the Kardashians.

“I said to Sharon the other day, ‘What the f**k is the deal with these Kardashians? They don’t sing, they don’t act, they don’t do anything,'” he said. “She told me, ‘The trend now is that people want to be celebrities and make money for doing f**king nothing.'”

Ozzy and his family were stars of their own reality series from 2002 until 2005, and the rocker was quick to compare the two shows. “When we did The Osbournes it was totally raw, there was no script,” he said. “We just did what we did and had the camera rolling. Have a camera crew in your house for three years and you go a bit crazy!”

Last week Osbourne spoke out once more on why he didn’t enjoy Black Sabbath‘s final tour, after admitting that he received “bad vibes” on their farewell jaunt.

The metal icon previously claimed that he didn’t enjoy the band’s final shows across 2016 and 2017, as he received a cold reception for simply “being Ozzy”.
