They were known for girl power during their 90s heyday, but the Spice Girls now say they’re all about “People Power”.
After selling out tickets for their comeback shows in a matter of hours, the iconic girl group say that they have changed their mantra.
“It’s people power. We’re about equality and bringing everyone together”, Emma Bunton admitted in a new interview with The Sun.
The group announced their return last week for a string of stadium gigs in 2019. But they will not be joined by Victoria Beckham, who has opted to miss the comeback.

Urging Britain to come together admit Brexit uncertainty, Geri Horner said: “Britain, come together whatever it is, come together and sort our solutions out together, that’s the most important thing.
“We don’t have to agree on politics, it’s bigger than that. You can just support a woman doing the best she can and that’s it.”

She added: “The most important thing is let’s stop the divisiveness, come together.
“I can honestly say, what I’m so proud about us lot, we have different views, we do argue.”
On Saturday, tickets for their comeback shows sold out within a matter of hours. But many were left frustrated amid reported site crashes, error messages and long queue times online as they attempted to get their tickets.
