Ja Rule responds to Eminem after ‘Kamikaze’ diss

"That Halie line must be starting to hit home".

Ja Rule has hit back at Eminem after the rapper was called out on ‘Kamikaze’.

The eponymous album track was released last Friday and sees Eminem re-igniting a long-running feud between the pair.

“I hear you talking shit, I’m just too big to respond to it/God forbid I forget, go and jump out the window/Somebody better child-proof it/’Cause if I lose it we can rewind to some old Ja Rule shit”, Eminem raps on the song.

Now, Ja Rule has responded – and he’s convinced that Eminem is still angry after he mentioned the ‘Slim Shady’ star’s daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, in his 2002 diss track, ‘Loose Change’.

“Guess that Halie line must be starting to hit home”, Ja Rule wrote on Twitter.

The line in question states: ““Em, you claim your mother’s a crackhead/And Kim is a known slut/So what’s Hailie gon’ be when she grows up”.

The album has attracted widespread attention since release, after Eminem took aim at a number of his rap contemporaries.  It has seen him facing criticism from Imagine Dragons’ Dan Reynolds for using ‘homophobic’ language on the record.

It also features a somewhat unexpected reference to a woman who was saved from a serial killer who kept her captive.
