In support of their acclaimed 2017 album ‘Villains‘, Josh Homme and co will be playing one of their biggest London headline shows to date. Liam Gallagher will headline the day before, with Community Festival taking place on the Sunday. Check the weather forecast for the weekend here.

This week also saw collaborator Dave Grohl cite Josh Homme as his ‘musical soulmate‘.

“When Josh [Homme] and I play, it’s like a conversation between two old friends that have had too much to drink,” said Grohl. “That’s what it’s like when we write together… He’ll play something and I’ll hit it back to him like that [snaps fingers].”

 

He added: “When we were doing ‘Songs For The Deaf’, we would sit there, laughing at each other hysterically, saying, ‘This is fucking amazing’.”
