Liam Gallagher and The Killers will perform at the 2018 Singapore Grand Prix

Loads more huge acts are also on the bill

Liam Gallagher and The Killers have been announced to perform at this year’s Singapore Grand Prix.

Dua Lipa, Simply Red, Young Fathers, The Sugarhill Gang and EDM star Martin Garrix will also take to the stage at the Formula One event which takes place from September 14-16.

The Killers previously performed at the event in 2013. This will be the second time this year Gallagher and Brandon Flowers’ band have been on the same bill.

Back in March, Gallagher made a surprise appearance when he joined The Killers onstage at the Lollapalooza Festival in Brazil. You can watch footage below.

The Las Vegas rockers performed ‘All These Things That I’ve Done’ with the former Oasis man. Towards the end of the track The Killers did an impromptu cover of Oasis’ ‘Gas Panic’, which featured on their 2000 album ‘Standing On The Shoulders of Giants’.

Former-Oasis guitarist Bonehead also teamed up with Gallagher for his Rolling Stones support slot at the Olympic Stadium in London on Tuesday (May 22).

The pair have performed together at a number of shows in the past including a gig at Manchester Arena last December.

Meanwhile, Flowers also recently revealed that The Killers are set to start work on a new album next year.

“The plan is for it to be another Killers record and we have to figure out how to make it work [for Stoermer and Keuning],” he added. “Mark is all over this new record – some of his best bass lines and progressions are on this record and he brings a darkness to our music that doesn’t really exist without it.”
