Blossoms have recorded a cover ‘The Man’ by The Killers – throwing in a little bit of Daft Punk for good measure. Check it out below.

Joined by Happy Mondays’ legend Rowetta for their cover in the Radio One Live Lounge, the band celebrated the launch of their acclaimed new album ‘Cool Like You‘ with an indie synth take on the ‘Wonderful Wonderful‘ single. As well as bringing Las Vegas to Stockport, Blossoms also blended in a segment of Daft Punk’s classic ‘Around The World’

Reviewing their new album, NME concluded: “Like an early greatest hits, ‘Cool Like You’ is overflowing with singles. None are greater than the new-wave Blondie stomp of ‘Lying Again’, or the high-speed chase of ‘I Just Imagined You’, which ought to open either their sets or their encores for the foreseeable future.

“Whether or not that could be a festival headline show falls down to fate and fashion, but with their second album Blossoms have certainly had a damn good crack.”
