A Gwen Stefani superfan has beaten Gwen Stefani in a quiz to find out who knows the singer best. Check out the clip below.
The No Doubt icon turned solo artist appeared as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night (April 18). During the show, she went up against a fan – who admits she’s been to over 100 of the star’s shows – in a head-to-head game of ‘Who Knows Gwen Stefani?’
Ahead of the quiz, the ‘Hollaback Girl’ artist didn’t appear so sure of herself. “I’m basically Dory and I don’t remember anything that happened to me before,” she said. “So she’s for sure gonna win.”
She added: “I used to know me, yesterday, but I can’t remember.”
The questions prompted some quick-fire buzzing between the two. Stefani’s opponent did, however, go on to correctly identify which Prince song the singer guested on (‘So Far, So Pleased’) and the name of the first song she ever wrote (‘Different People’). Stefani then spoke of the latter being featured on Barack Obama’s 2012 campaign playlist.
The superfan eventually took the overall lead. Celebrating her victory, she was awarded Stefani’s sunglasses, purse and one of her dresses.

Stefani reformed No Doubt in the interim period but returned to solo action in 2014 with the release of ‘Baby Don’t Lie’ and ‘Spark The Fire’ singles – the latter of which subsequently became the focus of a copyright infringement lawsuit.
