Limp Bizkit’s Wes Borland and Blink-182’s Travis Barker team up for new project

The pair have been sharing video clips from the studio

Limp Bizkit‘s Wes Borland and Blink-182‘s Travis Barker are teaming up on a new project.

The pair initially shared they were working together back in February when Borland posted a video of Barker in the studio. The post was captioned: “Doing drums with the man himself @travisbarker on a yet to be titled new project!”

Now, they have shared more studio footage from the still untitled project. One clip shows Barker drumming again, while another showed the producer’s view while working on a drum track. In a caption, Borland promised more details on what the duo are working on would be announced today (April 19).

Meanwhile, earlier this week, Staind‘s Aaron Lewis responded to comments Borland had made about him last year. In December, after recalling an encounter the pair had at an airport, the guitarist said of Lewis: “That guy is such a dickhead. So full of himself, such a dickhead. I wish nothing but the worst for him.

“Amen,” he continued. “I could not believe the audacity and just, like, pretentiousness — especially for somebody that acts like they’re like a country boy now and they’re from Illinois. Anyway, disgusting person. No, thanks. Peace.”

On stage in Vegas this weekend, Lewis hit back, giving his side of the airport story and calling him a “bougie motherfucker”.
