The Distillers reveal reunion line-up ahead of 2018 tour

Are you ready to be liberated?

The Distillers have revealed the line-up for the band ahead of their hotly-anticipated 2018 reunion tour.

Punk fans rejoiced when Brody Dalle confirmed the return of the band earlier this year. Followers have since been speculating as to whether or not new material will also follow, and who might actually be in the band.

Now, The Distillers have shared another short teaser video confirming that the line-up features all of the members at the time of their last release ‘Coral Fang’ in 2003 – with Brody Dalle, Tony Bevilacqua, Andy Granelli and Ryan Sinn.

Their first comeback show takes place next week on Wednesday April 25 at the Casbah in San Diego.

The band were at the forefront of the California punk scene at the turn of the century, releasing three acclaimed and highly influential albums between 2000 and 2003. They announced their split in 2006 following the departure of drummer Andy Granelli and bassist Ryan Sinn. Remaining members Dalle and Tony Bevilacqua then went on to form Spinerette, before Dalle later launched a successful solo career with the acclaimed album ‘Diploid Love‘.

While The Distillers are yet to confirm any UK dates, Dalle will be performing a ‘stripped down’ solo show in support of Queens Of The Stone Age at Finsbury Park, along with Iggy Pop, The Hives, Run The Jewels, Miles Kane, Bombino, Curtis Harding, Hinds and Belako.

The show takes place Saturday 30 June and tickets are available here.
