When not torturing children/proving they've never read Nietzsche, MGMT have been adding shakers and rain sticks and other trippy new elements to one-time tour and labelmates Violens' "Doomed." (Violens once remixed MGMT's "Time To Pretend," so this is nice and circular.) The last time Violens went under the remix knife, Lilys and Rod Coles affixed percussive layers to the crisp "Already Over," and we mentioned it appeared on a remix EP, along with RAC, Subtle People!, and MGMT.
