Yo La Tengo have covered the Grateful Dead quite a bit over the years, but they broke out a new one last night in San Francisco. Playing at the Fillmore, a club the Dead frequented in their early days, YLT teamed with Sun Ra Arkestra to perform “New Speedway Boogie” for the first time.
