Rancid: to record new album in September

Californian punk legends Rancid will begin work on their follow-up to 2009's Let The Dominoes Fall in September. The as-yet-untitled effort will be produced by Bad Religion guitarist (and Epitaph owner) Brett Gurewitz.The band will tour the U.S. from August 25 for a nine-date stint as special guests of Blink 182.
