It appears that Geoff Tate isn't taking his ousting from Queensryche without a fight as he says he has started legal action against the members of his formal group
Last week Queensryche surprised fans by naming Todd La Torre their new frontman and now it looks like the band's original singer Geoff Tate is happy to move ahead with his solo career
