A few weeks ago, we sized up Sigur Rós’ forthcoming Valtari, a pretty, understated affair harboring a keen focus on detail. Sigur Rós’s Mystery Film Experiment shows no signs of slowing down and today the Icelandic experimental stalwarts let loose another video for “Varúð.” This one features a little more action than the last one, documenting a young girl’s mystical adventure through a forest. Since the release of Valtari, Sigur Rós has embarked on their extensive Mystery Film Experiment, a video series that visually illustrates the album’s tracks. Today we have the clip for “Valtari,” in which a male and female dancer fuse together. Christian Larson directs. Valtari is out now on XL.
