Australian pop star Kylie Minogue will be the first woman to be honoured with this year's Music Industry Trusts' Award after 20 years in the industry. The Can't Get You Out Of My Head singer was named "one of the great entertainers of all time" and "an icon of pop and style" by the awards committee - and will join past recipients Sir Elton John and Peter Gabriel in winning the award.
