System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian has posted a new video teaser online.The video features the vocalist in a studio cut together with curious footage of puppies.However, among the imagery is a section of audio featuring Serj on vocals.Tweeting from his profile Twitter.com/officialserj the frontman wrote: "New music?
