Reuters - Churchill Downs, the Louisville racetrack that's home to the Kentucky Derby, has announced plans for a three-day music festival in 2010 called Hullabalou. Headliners for the event, scheduled for July 23-25, include Bon Jovi, Kenny Chesney and the Dave Matthews Band.
