Paramore won the Best Rock Band award at the 37th annual People's Choice Awards which took place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles last night.The Tennessee pop-rockers fended off stiff competition from Linkin Park and Nickelback, and some not so stiff competition from Daughtry and Maroon 5, to walk away with the award."Thank you guys so much for voting for us," said frontwoman Hayley Williams. "Maybe we can win a Grammy, too. Hmm..."
