Panic! At The Disco are currently putting the finishing touches to the follow up to 2008's Pretty. Odd.The album, which will be called Vices And Virtues, will be released in March next year. It will be frontman Brendon Urie and drummer Spencer Smith's first album since the departure of guitarist Ryan Ross and bassist Jon Walker who left the band in 2009.
