Silverstein have inked a new record deal with Hopeless Records.The Canadian post-hardcore heroes are currently hard at work on the as-yet-untitled follow-up to 2009's A Shipwreck In The Sand. However, if you can't wait for that to surface next year, the band will release a special five-track EP entitled Transitions, on December 6 in the UK.
