A few years ago The Offspring poked fun at Axl Rose and his long delayed Chinese Democracy CD. That was before The Offspring took their sweet time recording the follow up to 2003's Splinter. Frontman Dexter Holland issued an update on Christmas Eve and no, the album isn't quite done yet.
