Good Charlotte have parted company with long time label, Epic Records, and have inked a new deal for their long awaited fifth studio album, Cardiology.The band's new label, Capitol Records / Virgin Music will release the band's fifth studio album in the UK on October 25.Tracks set to be included on the follow-up to 2007's Good Morning Revival include Let The Music Play, Harlow's Song, 1979, Crash, Love Ain't Easy, Sex On The Radio, Silver Screen Romance, Standing Ovation, and forthcoming single, Like It's Her Birthday.
