Behemoth frontman Nergal could face jail for tearing up a Bible onstage in Gdynia, Poland in 2007. It is a crime in Poland to destroy any religious iconography and the frontman could face two years in prison. Nergal – real name Adam Darski – has pleaded not guilty to the charge, claiming what he does onstage is part of artistic license and is not intended to offend any religious groups.
