History repeats itself as another guitarist is reportedly suing Third Eye Blind. A decade ago Kevin Cadogan sued the group after they parted company and now it looks like his replacement, Tony Fredianelli, is following suit.

The rock band Third Eye Blind frustrated some guests at a charity concert held during the Republican National Convention on Tuesday.
