We've heard the stylistically diverse "81" pastoral and jazzy "Good Intentions Paving Company" outing. Now, after adding the gorgeous 9-minute madrigal/short story "Kingfisher" to the Have One On Me tracklist, the only thing to be sure of is that the 3-CD collection won't be following one specific path. Joanna Newsom brought her harp and two taxidermy peacocks to The Late Show last night. Before she played, Letterman joked that the set looked like “… Sarah Palin’s den” and asked Newsom if she did her own taxidermy. She laughed. Here’s her performance:Have One On Me is out now via Drag City.
