Placebo have announced a special London headline show in September.The band will play London's Brixton Academy on September 27 to celebrate the release of the Redux Edition of their latest album, Battle For The Sun.Tickets go on sale this Friday (August 6) at 9AM from www.aloud.com.

Placebo: triumph at the MTV Europe Music Awards

Placebo were crowned Best Alternative Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin last night (November 5).Green Day picked up the award for Best Rock Act and Linkin Park were awarded the Best World Stage Performer Award.
