Former Panic! At The Disco duo guitarist Ryan Ross and bassist Jon Walker have unveiled their new band, The Young Veins by posting a track entitled Change on their newly created MySpace page.The pair left P!ATD early this month citing the age old adage of "creative differences".Meanwhile, the remaining members of Painc!
