After announcing the release of Run Rabbit Run remix album and an ATP NY appearance, we have more news from camp Stevens, though it's still not the news you likely wanted: We enjoyedThe BQE a couple years back during its three-night run at BAM and now we can watch his orchestral homage to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway endlessly at home. The package includes the soundtrack on CD, a DVD of the film footage, and a 40-page booklet with liner notes, photographs, and a "stereoscopic 3-D Viewmaster® reel." There'll also be a limited-edition double-vinyl edition on 180-gram vinyl with a 32-page booklet. This one also comes with "a 40-page BQE-themed Hooper Heroes comic book." What, no free hula hoop? If you haven't seen The BQE, or need a refresher, take a look at the (very brief) trailer.Continue reading Sufjan Stevens' The BQE Trailer, Release Info...
