A sequel to "I Wanna Be Your Dog," right? Not really. "King Of The Dogs" comes from Iggy Pop's forthcoming solo New Orleans jazz-influenced album Préliminaires, which was also inspired by the French writer Michel Houellebecq's The Possibility Of An Island. That's well and good because when Houellebecq's good -- see The Elementary Particles -- he's fascinating. The single's out digitally now, backed with "Nice To Be Dead" and "Je Sais Que Tu Sais.
