Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden was left shocked and stunned this past Monday (April 27) when British Airways staff refused to let him board a flight from Chicago's O'Hare airport unless he covered up his tattoos."Was just told by a British air person I can't get on the plane until I cover my tatts," wrote the singer on his Twitter page. "I really actually am in shock. He won't let me on the plane until I put long sleeves on."Madden says an airline representative said his body art would upset other passengers travelling in first class."I did end up covering my tats," he said in another update. "It's not my style to cause a scene, I just had a conversation with the BA guy, told him how it was discrimination. I didn't want to miss [the flight] and honestly I was embarrassed all the people were staring and laughing!""I still can't believe Brit Air discriminated me for tatts," he added. "Unheard of. The guy was literally disgusted by me. It's not in the rules that I can find. My tatts aren't offensive. I haven't felt this small since the first time i asked Nic [girlfriend Nicole Richie] out."Should companies be allowed to discriminate against people for having tattoos? Speak your brains below.
