The Breeders-esque vocalisms and '90s alterna sound of Brian Aubert and his Silversun Pickups came through clearly on Swoon single "Panic Switch." This new video for the track wasn't directed by Joaquin Phoenix; instead, the Pickups asked James Frost, who also did Radiohead's Gummy winning, 3-D plotted "House of Cards," to work his magic. Our last Silversun Pickups post had a Joaquin Phoenix directorial credit attached to it. This was before he embarrassed himself on Letterman.
