PJ Harvey and multi-instrumental John Parish are following up 1996's collaborative Dance Hall At Louse Point with A Woman A Man Walked By. The 10-song collection, out at the end of the month, was produced by Harvey, Parish, and Flood. It features Harvey as lyricist/vocalist and Parish on guitars and backing vocals, etc. A Woman's windswept opener and first single, "Black Hearted Love," has a slinky, powerful Harvey vocal track and roaring guitar work via Parish. Fittingly for a "Black Heart," there's a darkness to the atmosphere.
