As we previously reported, the feisty foodie is returning to Austin this year for her second awkwardly titled (and conceptualized) SXSW showcase: Rose's Mojito and Rachael Ray's Feedback: The B-Side. It takes place 3/21 at Maggie Mae's with the Hold Steady, the New York Dolls (!), Bob Schneider, the Airborne Toxic Event, Ra Ra Riot, Semi Precious Weapons, the Cringe, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, the Thermals and John Pringle(s). We're told "the day will feature tons of Austin inspired recipes created by Rachael herself [and] signature Mojito cocktails thanks to the title sponsor." The slogan: "A Smorgasbord Of Hot Bands And Hot Foods." This clearly does not apply to all the bands, but nobody likes lukewarm food. You can get more info at www.rachaelray.com. Hopefully Franz doesn't get any bean dip on his mustache. Or his soul.

Now Ezra's talking about the VW followup to EW.com...

While out in LA, Barsuk pop crew Ra Ra Riot did three things of note: a session at KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic (full band), a sold-out show at the El Rey Theatre (full band), and a full-on power slide a la Bruce Springsteen at said sold-out Los Angeles venue (just Wesley). Photographer Andrew Youssef didn't quite capture the Wesley's showman...
