Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden and partner Nicole Ritchie are expecting their second child."What's better than winning an Oscar? I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister," wrote the 29-year-old singer on the band's official site.Ritchie gave birth to the couple's first child Harlow Winter Kate Madden on January 11 last year.
