Last night was Conan O'Brien's final night hosting "Late Night" before he takes over for Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show", and the White Stripes helped to send him off with this slow and spare version of White Blood Cells' "We're Going to Be Friends". Pearl Jam played a hometown show at Seattle's Safeco Field last night, and as usual their set was speckled with covers. One of them found Eddie Vedder channeling another musician who's been famously seen in Chicago Cubs gear, Jack White.
