Every time we report that an album has a European release date but no North American one, we get one of those creeping bad feelings, especially when it's a major-label album. With the music industry continuing its long, drawn-out collapse, there's not much to prevent these labels from saying fuck it and scrapping their American release plans altogether. It'll be out here March 31 on Island, just one day after its European release.Right before the album drops, Harvey and Parish will head over to the U.S. for a too-quick run of shows before their European tour kicks off. According to a press release, they'll play songs from their two albums together, A Woman a Man Walked By and 1996's Dance Hall at Louise Point, so we probably can't expect to hear "Down by the Water".read more
