PJ Harvey, who hasn't released a great album in about nine years but who still absolutely rules [Hey! I think White Chalk was pretty great!-Ed.], has a new joint coming out, and our hopes are high. As previously reported, A Woman a Man Walked By, due March 30 from Island in the UK, will be the second album on which Harvey shares equal billing with longtime collaborator John Parish, following 1996's woozily romantic and slept-on Dance Hall at Louise Point. The album now has a tracklist, and a PJ Harvey song called "Black Hearted Love" is basically guaranteed to be awesome.Harvey has also announced a spring European tour with Parish, promising to play music from both A Woman and Dance Hall.read more
