The tracklist for Lil Wayne's previously mentioned and oft-discussed Dedication 3 mixtape has surfaced via an MTV.com interview with DJ Drama, Wayne's partner on the Dedication mixtapes. Hey, maybe that "You guys, I'm releasing a new Carter III with all new tracks" announcement a few weeks ago was just a matter of Lil Wayne getting his trilogies confused? Or maybe we should just stop trying to divine a method to his madness.Drama told MTV.com that Dedication 3 features the beats from Outkast's "Art of Storytelling 4", T.I.'s "Whatever You Like", Too $hort's "Couldn't Be a Better Player", Soulja Boy's "Shootout", and V.I.C.'s "Get Silly". He also said that there is "more singing on this tape clearly than part one or part two. But that's where Wayne is right now, his zone."MTV.com notes that Drama expects Dedication 3 to arrive later this week, although a post on Drama's website indicates the mixtape may surface as soon as today (November 11).MTV.com also reports that Lil Wayne is planning an eight-week tour with T-Pain to begin December 18-- likely the same tour that will spawn an unlikely meetup between Wayne and an Elephant 6 Collective member. Perhaps this will be our first look at the rumored T-Wayne duets album as well? Keyshia Cole and Gym Class Heroes are also set to appear on the tour. Right now, Wayne's only confirmed dates are a trio of December shows. In other Carter III news, Lil Wayne's second child and first son (the one he was all excited about) was born October 22 in Cincinnati, according to MTV UK. Wayne named the boy Dwayne Carter III, and we can only hope that upon his son's arrival into the world, the proud father lit a cigar and raised a toast to the young one stuntin' like his daddy.
