BTW and movie stars No Age + Free = Happy Halloween. Starting today (as in, now) you can get yourself tickets to see a free No Age show, with Titus Andronicus, in NYC on 11/9. And there will be three more around the country, in conjunction with the launch of shockhound.com, a new music site. This might make me us socialists, but we like free. We believe in spreading the shows around and free music for The People in a non-CMJ environment, so we've signed on to be a media partner for the series, which basically means we'll have some free tickets to give away closer to the event (because this first lot won't last long). Here's the show and ticket info:

The other cities cove...
Photos by Fiona DiffleyThings this good aren't meant to last: the Drowned in Sound-sponsored Shred Yr Face tour-- featuring the likes of No Age, Times New Viking, and Los Campesinos!-- comes to a halt in the middle of this week, leaving only a faint whiff of reverb (and all that nifty tour swag) in its wake. The three made their way through Dubl...
