Common's repeatedly delayed, recently renamed new album, Universal Mind Control, finally has a tracklist and a release date. The album is scheduled to come out December 9 via Geffen.Although early reports indicated Santogold would appear on the album, a Billboard.com story today notes Santi's not on Universal Mind Control after all. Judging from the Billboard.com tracklist, Neptunes pals Chester French are absent as well, thank goodness.
