Marc Reisbig and Hanne Berkaak of animation team SSSR direct this clip of the first single from Of Montreal's ninth album, Skeletal Lamping, coming out one week from today on Polyvinyl. "Funky, hypnotic, and gloriously weird...the key thread through it all is 'color,'" said Mark Richardson of this track when we posted it in Forkcast back in August, and the video visually interprets the song's oddball arrangements with a series of bright animated characters that spring to life as they're drawn.
