As the release date of Deerhoof's tenth album approached, the band flooded us with Offend Maggie material. A week and change ago we talked about the fully realized post-sheet music "Fresh Born." Before that Satomi and Greg harmonized about phone calls and unrequited love on "Offend Maggie" and even earlier, the group showed us "The Tears And Music Of Love." Hopefully you still have some room on your plate, because Offend Maggie is out today and, accordingly, here's the Clyde Petersen and Forrest Baum-directed video for "Chandelier Searchlight."

The angular rhythm workout "Snoopy Waves" from Offend Maggie is first, and following the song they speak in an interview about who in the band brings the funk, and the the track's resemblance to the Romantics "Talking in Your Sleep". Kinda does! After that follows "Milk Man"...
