Fear Factory: Frontman's new band sign with Al Jourgensen

FEAR FACTORY frontman Burton C. Bell has inked a deal with MINISTRY frontman Al Jourgensen's 13th Planet Records for Bell's ASCENSION OF THE WATCHERS project. The group's full-length debut is scheduled for release in February 2008.
