Eminem is donating his Mom's Spaghetti -- vomit not included, presumably -- to frontline workers at two Detroit hospitals. The Detroit News reports that 400 meals were delivered to Henry Ford Hospital and Detroit Receiving Hospital through Eminem's Marshall Mathers Foundation.
