Of Montreal have announced the dates of a US tour this spring. After playing dates in California and Hawaii later this month and then heading to Australia and Japan, the band will return to the US for a series of shows, including three nights at New York's Music Hall of Williamsburg.

But the Athens pop-theatre institution still keeps it real with its Elephant 6 people. And when keeping it real means recording a split 7" single for a tiny uber-twee indie label's monthly singles club, they're ready...
The last time I saw this song performed live was at Roseland Ballroom. This take on Skeletal Lamping's "Beware Our Nubile Miscreants" is considerably more stripped, partially because it features Barnes and the Late B.P. Helium on acoustic guitars, mostly because this time Kevin and his brother aren't dressed as centaurs and fife-blowing satyrs....
