Nine Inch Nails are the subject of a big GQ cover story today (Al Jourgensen would never!) in which they reveal so many new plans. The story also gets into the partnership between Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, who became a sort of mentor in sobriety for Reznor when they were becoming friends, including their Oscar-winning career as film composers.
Other than an appearance at a tribute concert honoring late singer Chester Bennington, Linkin Park haven’t performed together since Bennington’s death in 2017. Now some stray comments from one of the band’s nu-metal peers have raised the prospect that Linkin Park may be getting back together with a new singer.
